Samsung Galaxy s4 update -stinks - Samsung S4

For weeks I have been avoiding the new Samsung S4 update. I heard it was awful so I tried to ignore it. Accidentally pressed it and yes, it totally stinks. Called Samsung customer service for help as my phone carrier stated it was out of their control. I was on the phone with an off shore rep and the entire call was a waste of time due to communication issues. His accent was so thick I had to have him repeat everything like 5 times. After about an hour on the phone attempting to uninstall the SORRY update -he told me there was nothing he could do. WELL SAMSUNG THIS IS ONE LESS FAMILY YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH. WE ARE SWITCHING TO APPLE!!! SEE YA!!!
